We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer and Chapter Lead to advance the Japan Asset Management Platform and deliver against business priorities and objectives. Combining hands-on engineering with senior leadership, this role will work closely with business partners to drive transformation, align processes to global standards, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions that support growth and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will mentor engineers, champion best practices, and apply Artificial Intelligence to business opportunities and developer productivity.The role also carries leadership responsibility across Asset Management Japan for regulatory compliance, system risk, vendor management, and operational stability.
