Channel Development Manager

Our Foods business, including brands such as Hellmann's and Knorr, will join forces with McCormick to become a global flavour leader, with leading positions across spices, seasonings, condiments and complementary food categories, supported by a strong retail and foodservice platform. McCormick has 135+ years of heritage, a presence in 150+ countries and territories, and a portfolio of trusted brands. The transaction remains subject to consultation, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions with a targeted deal close of mid-2027.

Main Job Purpose:
The Channel Development Manager - HYBRID is responsible fordriving growth and execution across both the HORECA and Route-to-Market (RTM) channels, including Supermarket and Wholesalers, within the assigned territory. This role also leadsdistributor management, fostering strong partnershipsand ensuring excellence in execution across the market.
By leveragingthe strength of our diverse brand portfolio, the Channel Development Manager delivers customer-centric solutions that address the evolving needs of distributors and customers while driving sustainable business growth.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:
Deliver Business Targets of the total area for HORECA and RTMaccounts ( SecondarySales )
Execute Local and National Marketing Plans (Innovation, Activations and Campaigns) for both Channels.
Relationship Building and Account Management by conductingregular customer engagements to strengthen relationshipwith accounts. Implement contact and menu matrix across all accounts handled
Execute AVA (Availability, Visibility, Activation) principles in handled account
Work with Distributor Sales Representative, Distributor owners and DT personnel in ensuring they adhere to UL Standards.
Delivering Results through People by workingwith field merchandising teamto ensure efficient store operations
Plan and execute growth initiatives bothinretail and food service aspects of the business via cross functional engagements and stakeholder management
Collaborate with support functions to provide operators with services and solutions (ideation, masterclass, cooking demo, trend sharing and others)
Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
At least 2 yearsexperiencein Account Management
Leadership skills to directly handle Distributors with Fully operational skills on DT Operations, DT Salesmen management, DT Profitability, AR, Business wasteand Customer Service Excellence
Strong Negotiation skills
