Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools) for Case, Request, Problem and Incident management.
Ability to perform standard technical fixes and administrative tasks by following documented procedures and runbooks with strong process discipline and attention to detail.
Reporting & Data Handling:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including working with reports, structured data, and basic analysis.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex identity data into clear, structured reporting views designed for stakeholders.
Competence in generating and maintaining identity and access logs, user provisioning reports, and historical access records to satisfy internal risk controls and external regulatory mandates.
Proficiency in scripting languages (such as PowerShell or Python) to automate user provisioning, audit log retrieval, and identity lifecycle workflows.

Nice to Have:
Proficiency navigating the Azure Portal to configure cloud identities, manage tenant settings, assign Azure RBAC roles, and implement security policies.
Familiarity with configuring single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) protocols like SAML, OIDC, and OAuth across enterprise applications.
Proven stakeholder management skills across technology, risk, audit, and control teams, paired with strong cross-functional problem-solving abilities.
