We are now looking for Specialist, Stock Management/Dispatch Planning to a fixed-term position in our Wroclaw Business Hub in Wroclaw, Poland.

"Welcome to the Finland Pulp Logistics team. We are responsible among other things forlandtransports of pulp from our Finnish pulp mills to customers in Finland as well as to ports and warehouses in Finland and have an important rolein the Pulp business and in ensuring customer satisfaction. We are customer and service oriented. Our target is to ensure proactive, structured,and good service to our customerswhile at the same time making sure that we have stocks under control in warehouses and ports. What you will do

  • Initially take overall responsibility for stock management of the Kotka Mussalopulp terminal in Finland. This will include keeping track of the incoming and outgoing pulp flows on product and quality level as well as availability checksand communicating loading instructions to the port operator in cooperation with Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Dispatch Planningand the warehouse operator

  • At a later stage tasks could also include to plan and execute transports from our Finnish Pulp mills to customers mostly in Finland as well as to ports and otherwarehouses in Finland in cooperation with Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service,Logistics,Pulp mill warehouse teamsandservice providers

  • Guarantee high service level and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure seamless transportation flows with our contract carriers

  • Process and execute transport and stock transfer orders in UPM Pulp ERP system (SAP)

  • Verifytransport and warehousing invoices

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of warehousing processes

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor’sdegree or other comparable education preferably in the fields of Logistics, Supply Chain ManagementorInternational Business

  • You have more than three years of relevant professional experience working especially with stock management but also on road and/or rail transportin a fast-paced international environment

  • You are a proficient user of MS Excel. Experience in SAP Transport Management or some other Transport Management System and Power BI reporting tool is a benefit

  • You have a customer-oriented mindset and flexibility

  • You have an independent and structured way of working, a high levelof proactivity,and personal initiativeand can work well under pressure

  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and strong determination

  • You have very goodteam-working ability

  • You have effective communication skills (spoken and written),and you are fluent in English, Finnish language skills are considered an asset
