Senior Infra / DevOps / SRE Engineer는 빠르게 변화하는 서비스를 흔들림 없이 지탱합니다. AI 서비스는 새로운 기능을 빠르게 제공하면서도 다양한 고객이 언제든 안정적으로 이용할 수 있어야 합니다. 이 직무는 클라우드와 Kubernetes 기반 인프라를 운영하고, 개발부터 배포와 모니터링까지의 과정을 개선합니다. 장애 발생 이후의 대응뿐만 아니라 장애를 사전에 발견하고 예방할 수 있는 운영 환경을 구축합니다. 개발팀과 긴밀하게 협업하며 서비스의 성장에 대응할 수 있는 확장성과 보안성을 확보하고, 공공기관과 기업의 다양한 운영 환경에 맞는 기술적 기반을 설계합니다.

주요 업무

  • Kubernetes 기반 서비스 인프라 운영 및 오토스케일링 체계 개선
  • 대규모 트래픽에 대응하는 고가용성 인프라 및 네트워크 아키텍처 설계
  • 안정적이고 효율적인 CI/CD 파이프라인 구축 및 무중단 배포 운영

자격 요건

  • Kubernetes 운영 환경을 안정적으로 관리하고 개선해본 분
  • 배포 자동화와 운영 효율화에 관심이 많은 분
  • 장애나 운영 이슈가 발생했을 때 원인을 차분하게 추적하고 해결하는 분
  • Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Docker, 네트워크 구성을 함께 이해하고 다룰 수 있는 분
  • 본인이 경험한 내용을 문서화하고 팀과 공유하는 데 익숙한 분
  • 기술적인 의사결정을 주도하고, 동료들에게 지식을 전파하며 함께 성장하는 문화를 즐기시는 분

필요 역량

  • 유관 업무 경력 5년 이상 혹은 그에 준하는 역량을 보유하신 분
  • Kubernetes 운영 경험이 있으신 분 (Kustomize/Helm, HPA, 무중단 배포, 노드풀 관리 포함)
  • GitHub Actions를 활용한 CI/CD 구축 또는 운영 경험이 있으신 분
  • Ingress, cert-manager, TLS, DNS 등 네트워크 기본기를 갖추신 분
  • 운영 중 발생하는 문제를 직접 분석하고 트러블슈팅할 수 있는 분
  • 개발팀과 원활하게 협업하며 인프라 요구사항을 조율할 수 있는 분

우대 사항

  • 공공 클라우드 경험: KT Cloud G-Cloud, NHN Cloud 공공존, 네이버 클라우드 공공존 등
  • CSAP 인증 환경, 망분리, DMZ/Private Network, 폐쇄망 레지스트리 등 공공기관 보안 요건 대응 경험
  • GitOps 또는 ArgoCD 운영 경험
  • Terraform 등 IaC 도구를 활용한 인프라 관리 경험
  • 모니터링 스택 구축 및 운영 경험
  • Kubernetes 환경에서 다양한 오픈소스를 직접 구성하고 운영 및 트러블슈팅해본 경험
