O projekcie

Do zespołu realizującego rozwój produktów dla klienta korporacyjnego poszukujemy doświadczonego Salesforce Developera. Projekt koncentruje się na wdrażaniu nowych subskrypcji i usług w Salesforce oraz rozwoju istniejących rozwiązań, tak aby dostarczać dodatkową wartość zarówno dla biznesu, jak i klientów.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Rozwój rozwiązań Salesforce opartych na Service Cloud i Sales Cloud zgodnie z wymaganiami biznesowymi.

  • Projektowanie i implementacja nowych funkcjonalności oraz usprawnień istniejących usług.

  • Praca nad integracjami Salesforce z różnorodnymi systemami zewnętrznymi – zarówno z wykorzystaniem middleware, jak i bez niego.

  • Aktywny udział w społeczności developerskiej klienta oraz współtworzenie standardów i dobrych praktyk Salesforce.

  • Współpraca z zespołem przy rozwiązywaniu złożonych problemów technicznych.

Wymagania

  • Minimum 7 lat doświadczenia jako Salesforce Developer.

  • Bardzo dobra, praktyczna znajomość Lightning, Apex oraz Flows.

  • Doświadczenie w praktycznym wykorzystaniu AI w procesie developmentu, np. Vibes.

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość technologii Salesforce Cloud, w szczególności Service Cloud, Experience Cloud i Sales Cloud.

  • Doświadczenie w integracji Salesforce z różnorodnymi systemami i aplikacjami zewnętrznymi.

  • Znajomość Force.com APIs, wzorców integracyjnych oraz dobrych praktyk w zakresie integracji.

  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne – zdolność jasnego i logicznego przedstawiania rozwiązań złożonych problemów.

  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego.

  • Dostępność do rozpoczęcia projektu w ciągu maksymalnie 2 tygodni

Mile widziane

  • Znajomość CloudSense.

  • Doświadczenie z Data 360.

  • Doświadczenie w branży telekomunikacyjnej (telco).
