We're looking for a high-ownership tech lead - backend - who can design, build, and scale the systems that keep commerce moving at speed.

Responsibilities:

  • Own backend architecture and design decisions across microservices.
  • Write clean, production-grade code and lead by example.
  • Drive engineering best practices: code reviews, system design, and documentation.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Mobile, Data, and UX teams.
  • Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
  • Own reliability, performance, and scalability of core platform services.

Requirements:

  • Has 7+ years of backend engineering experience, with 2+ years in a tech lead or senior role.
  • Has strong hands-on experience in C#,. NET.
  • Deeply understands microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Is a first-principles thinker who owns outcomes, not just tickets.
  • Has experience with logistics, B2B commerce, or high-throughput transactional systems.
  • Writes systems that are edge-case-proof and built to last.
