Senior Manual QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manual QA Engineer with strong experience in manual testing, ERP applications, warehouse management systems (WMS), and the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing and warehouse business processes, and the ability to validate complex business workflows across web and mobile applications. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of enterprise applications by performing comprehensive functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data covering positive, negative, and edge-case scenarios.
• Perform end-to-end manual testing of manufacturing ERP and warehouse management modules.
• Validate complete business workflows across procurement, inventory, production, warehouse, and sales processes.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for mobile apps (Android and iOS) with websites.
• Identify, report, and track defects using Jira with complete reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and operations teams to understand business requirements and resolve issues.
• Validate APIs using Postman for integration testing.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries.
• Ensure production readiness by providing QA sign-off after validating all impacted modules.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.
• Support production issue verification and root cause analysis.
