Software Engineer - I

We are looking for a highly driven Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Golang to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable backend systems, writing clean and efficient code, and working in a fast-paced product environment. Exposure to the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Build robust and high-performance systems with clean architecture principles.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless execution.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Exposure to e-commerce, logistics, or transactional platforms preferred.

Good to Have:

• Experience working on high-scale systems.
• Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes.
• Exposure to messaging queues and caching systems.
