What we look for?
We are looking for a AWS Site Reliability Engineering Manager / Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and work with one of our most highly digitalized banking customers in the US & UK market. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and observability of cloud-native applications running in complex distributed environments.
High english level is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- +4 years (Mid-level) or +10 years (Senior-level) of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, SRE, or similar role.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services and cloud adoption patterns.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipeline management using Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions.
- Experience with tools such as New Relic, Grafana, AppDynamics, Logz.io, or similar.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Jira.
- Experience managing SLI/SLO metrics in critical production environments.
- Programming experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with process automation and operational excellence initiatives.
- Familiarity with support and incident management tools such as ServiceNow and PagerDuty.
- English C1
Nice to have:
- Experience with Azure, GCP, or other cloud providers.
- Banking, financial services, or highly regulated industry experience.
- Leadership or mentoring experience within DevOps/SRE teams.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Experience driving cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
