The Role

Seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to manage, support, and optimize enterprise cloud and infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure across Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Provision, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud resources, virtual machines, storage, and networking.
• Support Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Implement infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Monitor system availability, performance, capacity, and security.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Apply security, patching, access management, and infrastructure best practices.
• Collaborate with application, network, security, and DevOps teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

What You Need

Required

• Strong experience in Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure
• Windows/Linux administration
• Networking, DNS, VPN, load balancing, and firewalls
• Virtualization and storage technologies
• PowerShell/Terraform/Ansible
• Monitoring and troubleshooting
• Cloud security and IAM concepts

• Incident and change management

Preferred

• Azure/AWS certifications

• Experience working in large enterprise infrastructure environments.

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Ontario, Canada

Compensation Range: $127000 - $159000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
