Summary UST is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and cross-functional team coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving projects from initiation through closure while ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills to successfully deliver business and technology initiatives in a dynamic environment. The Opportunity As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects across business and technology teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, architects, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered efficiently while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and organizational priorities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage projects throughout the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and success criteria.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation.

Coordinate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation, contingency, and recovery plans.

Facilitate project governance, steering committee sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide transparent communication regarding project status, key decisions, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

Oversee resource planning and coordinate resource allocation across multiple workstreams and project activities.

Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards, business requirements, and organizational objectives.

Manage project scope changes and change-control processes to maintain project alignment.

Track project performance against KPIs, SLAs, milestones, budgets, and delivery commitments.

Support delivery using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, project updates, and leadership presentations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices across engagements. What You Need

Requirements

Strong experience managing end-to-end project delivery in enterprise environments.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.

Experience in project planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and governance.

Strong understanding of project risk, issue, dependency, and change management practices.

Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining delivery commitments. Required Skills

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Master's Degree is an added advantage.
