Marketing Manager

We're looking for a creative, driven Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and knows how to market tech products to the right stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Help build the company's marketing foundations, processes, channels, and ways of working
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, across relevant platforms
• Research unfamiliar marketing tools, systems, and implementation requirements, then apply what you learn
• Create campaign briefs, landing page requirements, marketing content, reports, and supporting assets
• Set up and manage marketing infrastructure such as tracking, product catalogues, campaign structures, CRM workflows, dashboards, and marketing automation
• Ask the right questions before making decisions or starting execution
• Clarify the objective, audience, expected outcome, constraints, dependencies, and measurement approach behind each initiative
• Work with founders, designers, developers, sales teams, agencies, and external partners
• Identify problems early and recommend practical solutions rather than simply escalating them
• Test new channels, campaign formats, messages, and growth opportunities
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and turn findings into clear actions
• Document successful processes so they can be repeated and scaled
• Take ownership of tasks from initial problem definition through execution and evaluation

Requirements

Experience working in a startup environment

Background in marketing tech companies and reaching key stakeholders

Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn independently

Structured thinking and sound judgment

A high level of ownership and personal accountability

Comfortable turning ambiguity into clarity

The ability to move between strategy, analysis, creative work, and hands-on execution

Confidence using online resources, documentation, tutorials, AI tools, and experimentation to learn new skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Attention to detail

A practical, problem-solving mindset

The humility to ask questions and the confidence to make decisions once enough information is available
