We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, digital experiences, and modern design trends.

You will work closely with the design, marketing, strategy, and product teams to create high-quality visual assets that elevate brand presence across digital and print platforms.

This role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, deep understanding of branding systems, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Design

· Develop and maintain strong visual identities and brand systems.

· Design high-quality marketing materials for digital and print platforms.

· Ensure consistency across all company visuals, campaigns, and communication assets.

· Create visually engaging presentations, pitch decks, and social media content.

Creative Campaigns

· Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce creative campaigns.

· Translate business goals into impactful visual concepts.

· Create campaign visuals, advertisements, banners, and promotional assets.

Digital & Product Support

· Support UX/UI teams with visual assets and creative direction when needed.

· Contribute to creative direction for digital experiences and storytelling websites.

Motion & Multimedia (Preferred)

· Create simple motion graphics and animated content for social media and presentations.

· Work on visual storytelling concepts using modern tools and AI-powered workflows.

Team Collaboration

· Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, and marketing specialists.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.

· Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Experience

· 5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.

· Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design projects.

· Experience working in agencies, startups, or fast-paced creative environments is preferred.

Technical Skills

· Expert proficiency in:

o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Good understanding of:

o Typography

o Layout systems

o Color theory

o Branding systems

o Social media design

· Basic knowledge of motion design tools such as:

o After Effects

o Premiere Pro (Preferred)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

· Experience with 3D tools such as:

o Blender

o Cinema 4D

· Knowledge of AI-powered creative workflows.

· Understanding of UX/UI principles and modern digital product design.
