Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Digital Transformation

Requirements

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-value digital transformation programs across government and enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate should have a consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent), outstanding leadership capabilities, and extensive experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive initiatives from inception to successful delivery while maintaining the highest standards of governance, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
• Establish and maintain:
• Program governance
• Executive reporting frameworks
• Risk registers
• RAID logs
• Executive dashboards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for:
• Executive stakeholders
• Steering committees
• C-level executives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with:
• Government entities
• Enterprise clients
• Strategic partners
• Internal leadership teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including:
• UX
• CX
• Product Management
• Technology
• Data
• AI
• PMO
• External vendors
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while proactively resolving delivery challenges.
• Manage:
• Project planning
• Resource allocation
• Budgeting
• Forecasting
• Financial performance
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, quality assurance, and delivery methodologies.
• Facilitate:
• Executive workshops
• Strategic planning sessions
• Decision-making meetings
• Mentor project managers and delivery teams.
• Continuously improve PMO practices, delivery frameworks, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 5 years leading enterprise-scale or government digital transformation programs.
• Previous experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or an equivalent international consulting organization (highly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in:
• Business

• Related field
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) (preferred).
• PMP Certification (Mandatory).
• Additional certifications are highly desirable:
• PRINCE2

• Proven experience delivering mega projects valued in the multi-million SAR range.
• Extensive experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, including:

• Strong program planning, governance, and dependency management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of:

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
