Deine Herausforderungen

  • Technische Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden bei der Implementierung von Produkten in verschiedene Anwendungsbereiche.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung neuer Produkte sowie die Leitung von internen Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich Vakuumisolationspaneele und Hochleistungsdämmsysteme
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Spezifikationen und Datenblätter.
  • Erstellung von technischen Zeichnungen und CAD
  • Betreuung, Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Produkte und Prozesse
  • Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen mit internen und externen Schnittstellen, beispielsweise Einkauf, Produktion und Lieferanten.
  • Planung, Aufbau und Bewertung von Testständen zur Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Produktqualität

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Natur- oder Ingenieurswissenschaften, wie z. B. Physik, Werkstoffkunde, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches und physikalisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und ein starkes Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung in diesem Bereich von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenmotivation und der Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Strukturierte, zielorientierte und lösungsfokussierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse im technischen Zeichnen, idealerweise in SolidWorks, sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen mit ISO 22081 wünschenswert
  • Begeisterung für innovative Arbeitsweisen und die Fähigkeit, kreativ zu denken
