  • Participate in month-end close, including review of cost accruals and reconciliations between JDE and EcoSys
  • Prepare the monthly reporting package covering key financial KPIs, variance commentary, risks and opportunities, and cash flow projections
  • Support customer invoicing per contract requirements and follow the Authority Matrix for budget approvals, change orders, and revenue recognition
  • Support execution of the Project Controls Framework, including Day One Budgets, quantity tracking, weekly and monthly reporting, and handover of historical cost and productivity data to Estimating
  • Support internal and external audit requests and ICFR/SOX compliance documentation
  • Work under the mentorship of a Project Controller, progressively taking on ownership of forecast logic, driver analysis, and recommendations

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education in Finance or Accounting (Engineering or Construction Management may also be considered)
