This role is an opportunity to shape how enterprise clients use ServiceNow to solve complex business challenges. As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable platform solutions, guide implementation decisions, and support successful adoption across client environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions.
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support workflow automation, service catalog, reporting, integrations, and platform configuration.
  • Support testing, deployment, and user adoption.
  • Provide guidance on platform governance, security, scalability, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow consulting experience at Senior Consultant or Technical Lead level, including end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, service catalog, reporting, integrations, and platform configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow best practices.
  • Experience facilitating requirements workshops and working directly with business process owners, IT leadership, enterprise clients, and cross-functional delivery teams on solution discussions, implementation, and issue resolution.
  • Eligibility to work in Egypt is required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) is a plus.
