About the Role

Vinove is looking for a Project Manager with a strong design and creative background to manage end-to-end delivery of creative and digital projects in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with design teams, a strong understanding of creative workflows, and the ability to coordinate with developers, designers, and digital marketing teams. Familiarity with AI tools and a working understanding of SEO and SMO are essential for improving project efficiency and ensuring high-quality digital deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Delivery Management

• Manage multiple creative and digital projects from briefing and planning to execution and final delivery.
• Define project timelines, milestones, priorities, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with design, development, content, and digital marketing teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

2. Creative & Design Management

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and creative teams to manage design deliverables.
• Review creative outputs for visual consistency, brand alignment, quality, and adherence to briefs.
• Understand design concepts, layouts, typography, color schemes, branding, and creative execution.
• Manage feedback, revisions, approvals, and design handovers efficiently.
• Ensure creative deliverables align with client objectives and campaign requirements.

3. Digital Agency & Client Coordination

• Manage projects within a digital agency environment, handling multiple clients and competing priorities.
• Conduct project briefings, status meetings, and review discussions with internal teams and clients.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and dependencies proactively.
• Manage client feedback and ensure clear communication between stakeholders and execution teams.
• Coordinate with account management teams to ensure smooth project execution.

4. AI Tools & Workflow Optimization

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other relevant platforms to improve project planning, documentation, brainstorming, and reporting.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows for creative ideation, content development, research, and task management.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve team productivity.
• Ensure AI-generated outputs are reviewed for accuracy, originality, and brand consistency.

5. SEO, SMO & Digital Marketing Understanding

• Possess a working understanding of SEO, SMO, social media content, and digital marketing workflows.
• Coordinate with SEO, SMO, content, and performance marketing teams to manage campaign deliverables.
• Understand basic SEO requirements for website content, landing pages, metadata, and on-page optimization.
• Ensure social media creatives and content calendars are delivered according to campaign schedules.
• Track project deliverables and coordinate with teams to review campaign performance reports.

6. Team & Resource Management

• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and coordinate resources across creative and digital teams.
• Prioritize work based on project deadlines, business requirements, and client expectations.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation.
• Encourage collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management, creative operations, or digital delivery.
• Prior experience working with a digital agency is essential.
• Strong background in design, graphic design, UI/UX, branding, or creative production.
• Experience managing creative projects and coordinating with designers and cross-functional teams.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and their application in everyday workflows.
• Working understanding of SEO, SMO, content marketing, and digital campaign execution.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Trello, Asana, Jira, or ClickUp.
• Excellent communication, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing website, branding, social media, and digital campaign projects.
• Understanding of design-to-development handoffs and website project workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience using automation tools to improve project tracking and reporting.
