Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Professional with 3-4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Hardware sales. The candidate should have a good understanding of IT products and solutions and be comfortable meeting customers regularly to generate business opportunities. This role is highly customer-facing and requires extensive field sales activities across Mumbai and Pune and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, references, and field visits.

- Conduct meetings with IT Managers, Procurement Teams, Business Owners, and key decision-makers.

Promote and sell:

- Servers & Storage Solutions

- Networking Solutions (Switches, Routers, Wireless)

- Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services

- Cybersecurity Solutions (Firewall, Endpoint Security, Email Security, Backup Solutions)

- Laptops, Desktops, Workstations

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams for solution design.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial o?ers.

- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.

Travel & Field Sales Expectations

- This is primarily a field sales role, requiring regular customer visits.

- Expected to spend 60-70% of working time meeting customers onsite.

- Minimum 4-6 customer meetings per day.

- Travel across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune and surrounding areas.

- Occasional travel Gujrat, Delhi or other nearby cities for customer meetings, events, and business development activities.

- Must possess excellent time management skills and willingness to travel extensively.

- Candidate should preferably own a two-wheeler/car and hold a valid driving license.

- 3-4 years of B2B IT sales experience.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to generate new business independently.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Preferred Background

- Experience with System Integrators (SI), IT Resellers, VARs, MSPs, or IT Solution Providers.

- Exposure to vendors such as example : Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Microsoft, VMware, V etc or any other OEMs
