Responsibilities
- Perform health checks, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting across VMware, including vCenter, ESXi, vMotion, vRA, SRM, VDI, and vSAN.
- Support storage systems including Dell PowerStore, Unity, Cohesity, and AWS FSx.
- Support backup platforms including Avamar, IDPA, Dell Data Domain, and Backupify.
- Support Linux and Windows Server environments, including patching, deployment, and clustering.
- Support Citrix technologies including CVAD, NetScaler, XenDesktop, and ControlUp.
- Support FTP and file-transfer processes including WSFTP, PGP, and job scheduling.
- Monitor systems using SolarWinds, Data Insights, CloudIQ, and related tools.
- Support Azure AD, Power BI, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications.
- Execute patch management, system updates, and routine maintenance.
- Respond to alerts and incidents, escalating as needed.
- Maintain documentation and update runbooks.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure continuity and coverage. Experience Required
- 7+ years of experience in system administration or engineering.
- Hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, and enterprise storage.
- Familiarity with backup systems and monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

- IT generalist comfortable handling moderately complex tasks across a diverse set of platforms.
- Scripting knowledge, including PowerShell and Bash.
- Exposure to ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
Education Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
