Für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform- und Serverinfrastruktur suchen wir einen Cloud Engineer (m/w/d), der unsere Kubernetes-Umgebungen verantwortet und gemeinsam mit Entwicklungsteams stabile, sichere und skalierbare Softwareplattformen betreibt.

Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung unserer Kubernetes-Infrastrukturen (dedizierte Server sowie gehostete Kubernetes-Umgebungen)
  • Planung, Aufbau und Wartung von Kubernetes-Clustern (z. B. kubeadm, microk8s, k3s)
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen und performanten Betriebs unserer Softwareangebote
  • Administration und Optimierung von Linux-Servern (Ubuntu, Debian u. a.)
  • Betrieb und Pflege von PostgreSQL-Datenbanken
  • Einführung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring & Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, OpenTelemetry)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklern (DevOps / GitOps-Ansatz)
  • Analyse von Incidents, Troubleshooting und nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Automatisierung, Skalierung und Sicherheit
  • Evaluierung und Integration neuer Technologien aus dem Cloud- und Open-Source-Umfeld

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (z. B. Fachinformatiker) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb von Kubernetes-Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute Linux-Kenntnisse (Ubuntu, Debian oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-nahen Infrastrukturen und verteilten Systemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Container, Networking und Storage
  • Verständnis für Monitoring, Logging und Observability
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an modernen Cloud- und Plattform-Architekturen
  • Bereitschaft, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss:

  • Erfahrung mit GitOps, CI/CD oder Infrastructure as Code
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Security, Zertifikatsmanagement oder Compliance (z. B. ISO 27001)
  • Erfahrung mit hochverfügbaren Systemen und produktiven Plattformen
