Reporting to the Digital Experience and Engineering Manager, the Full Stack Software Engineer IIis responsible foranalyzing, designing, testing, developing, andmaintainingsoftware experiences across global website development projects. You will help shape the future of digital experiences at Hach by building next-generation platforms thatleverageautomation, advanced analytics, and AI to enhance customer experience and drive business value.
This position is part of the Digital Experience and Engineering teamlocatedin Loveland, Colorado and will be hybrid.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Designing, producing, and delivering software to improve the reliability, scalability, performance, security, and efficiency of cloud services.
Fixing, enhancing, and supporting services in production, including periodic on-call duties and live site operations.
Developing and implementing code for product features using AI tools responsibly to enhance developer workflows.
Contributing to the development and implementation of automation solutions within production environments.
Collaborating with global colleagues to address technical requirements, conduct code reviews, and execute bug/issue triage.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in computer scienceor related technical field with 3+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Proficiencyin TypeScript,Next.JS, and React.
Demonstrated understanding of modern architecture, including API design and RESTful best practices.
Prior experience building or working with distributed systems or cloud-based services.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/visioninsurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
