The Role
As a CRM Insights Analyst, you will work in the CRM team. Our job is to inform, engage and entertain customers through email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Working with large-scale customer data, we help onboard, find new favorites to watch, learn to use features and much more - for positive effects on retention, sales, and reactivation. We have established strong personalization capabilities, and you'll play a key role in taking them to the next level through strategic thinking and data-driven innovation.
Your responsibility will be to support the team by creating monitoring, liveboards and reporting, developing them to enable efficient and constantly improving operations. You will also do hands-on analysis of various areas of the messaging and share insights and recommendations with the team and its stakeholders across the Nordics, on how to optimize.
As a CRM Insights Analyst your tasks will include:
Support the team with hands-on analysis. Identify opportunities and proactively share knowledge and findings with the team and stakeholders based on your findings
Visualize and present results and recommendations in a clear, concise way
Build, own and develop liveboards and reports from multiple sources of data that empower the team to track progress and monitor operations
Oversee, recommend and visualize relevant KPI’s to focus operations on
Ensure that CRM runs on complete, reliable and fresh data. Suggest what items to track, spot anomalies and strive to always improve dashboards and reporting. Work with Data Science teams to make it happen!
Provide guidance on methodology and execution of performance enhancing initiatives such as e.g. A/B testing

What we’re looking for
As a CRM Insights Analyst, you will be at the heart of things. It’s essential to be structured, organized, and forward-leaning with a go-getter attitude.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly analytical and has a business and performance mindset. The ideal candidate is someone who has a good understanding of extracting, wrangling and interpreting customer data to shape it into business recommendations and decisions. You are a proactive self-driven doer with experience from working with digital products in the Nordics and thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside a highly skilled team and a range of stakeholders within Commercial, Data Science, Product, Content, Finance and more.
To be a successful candidate we believe that:
You are a strong communicator with experience in visualizing customer data and creating impactful reports and liveboards
You are familiar with SQL, Python or R, and reporting tools such as ThoughtSpot or equivalent
At least two years of experience working with CRM Analytics or Customer Analytics
You hold a post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or a related field, and have 3-5 years of relevant experience
You are passionate about movies, TV series and/or sports
An analytical eye, able to search for constant improvements in messaging effects, process output etc. You are familiar with tapping into data and reports to understand and improve.
Fluency in English
Most of all, you are curious and keen to learn!
