CRM Marketing Automation Specialist

Since March 2026, Allente has been part of Viaplay Group. We're now looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join the Allente organization within Viaplay on-site at our Stockholm office. Are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?

The Role  

As an MA Specialist in the CRM team, you will play a central role in strengthening our data-driven customer experience and driving the Allente automation agenda across markets. You will help increase customer value through optimized customer journeys and continuous improvements across channels and touchpoints. This includes planning, executing, and evaluating lifecycle activities based on customer data and behavior.

You will spend a lot of time in our Marketing Automation system, Adobe Campaign, defining target groups, and setting all the business rules. You will also work closely with the Product & Tech team and commercial stakeholders across markets.

As MA Specialist your tasks will include:

• Define and implement messaging activities, triggers and business rules using Adobe Campaign and similar campaign tools

• Translate strategies into workable 1:1 messaging plans and ensure optimal ROI from activities through testing and follow-up

• Collaborate with Commercial stakeholders to ensure customer relevance in messaging activities, and align with the brand and marketing plan

• Develop action plans, technical and data requirements to optimize campaign management processes and execution

• Participate in various projects leading up to messaging execution

• Develop Next Best Action capabilities increasing campaign uptake and relevance of the message to customers in different channels

• Develop and follow up legal obligations, routines, and processes related to CRM activities and processes

• Follow up and cooperate with external partners and vendors to execute activities and roadmaps

What we’re looking for  

As an MA Specialist, you will be an essential player on the team. It’s important to be structured, organized, and forward-leaning with a go-getter attitude. You are customer-centric and passionate about CRM.

We believe you are a tech-savvy and proactive, self-driven doer with at least two years of work experience in CRM or digital marketing in the Nordics. To be successful in the role, you bring:

• Solid experience in marketing automation within a multi-channel D2C and B2B environment

• Analytical with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for solving problems, improving processes and optimizing messaging through data and insights

• Skilled in Marketing Automation platforms, e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce or MessageGears) and familiar with SQL

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing or a related field

• Fluent in English

It’s a bonus if you have:  

• Experience in owning and progressing complex tasks and projects in the realm of MA or CRM, such as the implementation of new datasets, system functions and processes

• Using reporting tools, such as e.g. ThoughtSpot
