Wie ben jij?

Heb je al enkele jaren ervaring in Learning & Development en ben je op zoek naar een volgende stap? Ben je een analytisch persoon? Hou je ervan om proactief aan het werk te gaan en ben je gepassioneerd om medewerkers te laten groeien en ontwikkelen in hun rol? Ben je zelf leergierig en heb je de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen L&D? Dan ben jij de persoon die we zoeken in ons team.

Wat moet je doen om aan de reis te beginnen?

  • Het bestaande LMS (Learning Management System) beheren
  • Meewerken aan het ontwikkelen en opvolgen van trainingen/opleidingen
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de praktische opvolging van diverse leer- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten, opleidingstrajecten registreren, leeractiviteiten van medewerkers bijhouden, uitsturen en opvolgen van evaluaties, ...
  • Op termijn meegroeien in bredere L&D-projecten en -verantwoordelijkheden

Wij zoeken iemand met

  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in L&D coördinatie
  • Een oprechte passie voor leren en het ontwikkelen van anderen
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Digitale vaardigheden en affiniteit met technologie
  • Een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid en interesse in de laatste ontwikkelingen op gebied van L&D
  • Interesse in instructional design
  • Goede communicatie skills in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Ambitie om door te groeien binnen het L&D-vakgebied
