EC&I Engineer

Join NUVIA UK, a fast-growing company in the Technical Services & Consulting department. As an EC&I Engineer, you will assist the Design Manager in delivering project scope, ensuring compliance with manufacturing drawings and reference design, and maintaining effective quality management arrangements. You should have experience in designing EC&I systems, preferably in a nuclear context, and a degree in an EC&I Engineering related discipline.

Missions

• Assister et soutenir le responsable de la conception dans la livraison de l'étendue du projet, y compris la réalisation des activités EC&I.
• Être responsable des aspects techniques des lots de travaux EC&I, en mettant à jour la documentation et les dessins de la conception détaillée à l'état construit.
• Effectuer des inspections et des enquêtes sur les systèmes EC&I pour garantir leur conformité aux dessins de fabrication et à la conception de référence.

Profil recherché

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience of designing EC&I systems, preferably in a nuclear context.
• As-built experience, including surveys and as-built drawings.
• Be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills required in technical design development.
• Sound understanding of engineering design and safety practice as relevant to discipline, post and project requirements.
• Sound understanding of Company and departmental procedures relating to Design, Health & Safety and Quality requirements, and ability to manage tasks in accordance with these procedures.
• Working knowledge of relevant engineering computer applications.
• The candidate will have a degree or equivalent in a EC&I Engineering related discipline.
• Preferably working towards Chartered Engineer status and member of relevant institute.
