Senior Operations Specialist

•   Coordinate and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve production objectives effectively.  

•   Monitor production schedules and ensure all assigned tasks are completed within approved timelines.  

•   Ensure compliance with production specifications, quality standards, and operational procedures.  

•   Act as the primary point of coordination between production staff, supervisors, project teams, and management.  

•   Monitor productivity levels and implement actions to improve operational efficiency and output quality.  

•   Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and client standards.  

•   Identify operational challenges and proactively implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.  

•   Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of production tools, machinery, and equipment.  

•   Support production planning activities and provide input regarding resource requirements and execution feasibility.  

Requirements

•   Bachelor's Degree in Production, Industrial Operations, or related field  

•   3–5+ years experience in production, manufacturing, events, fabrication, or advertising operations  

•   Strong leadership and team management skills  

•   Experience in project execution and operational supervision
