Rejoins VivaTech, le plus grand événement tech et startups. En tant que Startup Project Coordinator, tu seras au cœur de l'animation de notre réseau de startups pour l'édition 2027. Tu travailleras avec les équipes Ecosystem et joueras un rôle clé dans leur accompagnement et leur préparation à l'événement.

Missions

  • Piloter les appels à candidatures à destination des startups, gérer la plateforme d'appels à candidatures et organiser les temps forts des programmes.
  • Dénicher les startups les plus prometteuses en utilisant des outils de scouting et en organisant des campagnes de sourcing.
  • Préparer les sessions de pitch à VivaTech, coordonner la collecte des contenus et travailler avec les équipes de production et technique.

Profil recherché

* Étudiant·e en Bac+4/5 : commerce, communication, événementiel, marketing ou innovation.

* Première expérience en gestion de projet ou événementiel appréciée.

* Organisé·e, rigoureux·se, autonome et réactif·ve.

* Excellent relationnel et bonnes qualités rédactionnelles.

* Intérêt marqué pour les startups, l’innovation et les événements internationaux.

* Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

* Goût du travail en équipe et du terrain.
