Задачи

  • Работать с гипотезами. Формулировать продуктовые гипотезы, тестировать через создание прототипов, сбор обратной связи и так далее
  • Взаимодействовать с командами. Тесно сотрудничать с разработчиками, ML-инженерами, аналитиками, дизайнерами, бизнес-аналитиками
  • Управлять бэклогом. Собирать требования, ставить задачи, контролировать реализацию
  • Оценивать результат. Отслеживать метрики (ROI, экономия времени, рост ключевых показателей), анализировать влияние фич на продукт
  • Обосновывать решения. Рассчитывать бизнес-эффект (ROI), презентовать инициативы руководству и стейкхолдерам
  • Следить за трендами. Изучать новые AI-технологии, оценивать их применимость

Требования

  • Опыт: от 2-3 лет в продуктовом или проектном менеджменте, из них минимум 2 года с внедрением AI-решений
  • Понимание AI: базовые знания ML, работы нейросетей (LLM, диффузионные модели), принципов RAG, ограничений технологий
  • Навыки: умение переводить бизнес-задачу в техническое задание, работа с метриками, проведение исследований, приоритизация
  • Коммуникация: навыки презентации, работы с кросс-функциональными командами
