Purpose of the Role:
As Project Delivery Lead, you drive project and workflow optimization for assigned brands, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You act as the main point of contact for project delivery, troubleshooting issues and keeping projects aligned with client and agency objectives. Reporting to the Business Lead, you support project scoping, resource allocation, and process improvements within brand-specific teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across campaigns and creative projects
- Coordinate with peers in other geographies to identify and leverage cross-entity synergies
- Support project scoping, resource allocation, and process improvements within brand teams
- Balance adherence to established processes with flexibility to adapt for successful outcomes
- Present confidently to clients and internal teams, negotiating solutions that benefit all stakeholders
- Mentor project teams, encouraging curiosity, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven project delivery experience in a creative or advertising agency
- Strong understanding of agency workflows and production processes
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams
- Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator with presentation and negotiation skills
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable using project management tools
