What you’ll do

• Analyze data across digital platforms (web, mobile app, e-shop) to generate meaningful insights that support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools and AWS analytics services (e.g., Athena, QuickSight).
• Build scalable and well-structured data models using dimensional modeling techniques like star schema.
• Maintain our ETL pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and ensure accurate data collection.
• Perform in-depth analysis of digital funnel performance and customer behavior to support marketing and sales strategies.
• Ensure new digital initiatives include proper data tagging and tracking for comprehensive analytics coverage.
• Contributes to the overall improvement of data quality, structure, and governance.

Who you are

• Experience: 6-8 years in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Comfortable with Python & Pyspark for data processing and automation.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema.
• Hands-on experience with AWS analytics services such as Athena and QuickSight.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight).
• Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of tag management systems (e.g., Tealium).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Awareness of digital analytics best practice.
