What you’ll do
- Build applications and services in an Agile team.
- Deliver features through iterative releases.
- Develop customer-facing interfaces and backend services.
- Write reusable, testable and efficient code.
- Create unit and integration tests for delivered code.
- Design low-latency, high-availability applications.
- Document technical solutions with your team.
- Review code and improve engineering quality.
- Use Git, CI/CD and sprint delivery practices.
- Integrate applications with databases and external systems.
- Build authentication and authorization features.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and fix production issues.
Who you are
- 3+ years of hands-on Java and JEE experience.
- Experience with RESTful API development using Spring Framework.
- Knowledge of SOAP APIs and web services.
- Familiar with server-side technologies such as Netty and Tomcat.
- Good knowledge of databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP, WebSocket and async/sync communication.
- Knowledge of caching and reactive programming concepts.
- Experience with Git/GitLab, Jenkins, Jira and Confluence.
- Experience delivering web and mobile platforms.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
- Strong teamwork, communication and collaboration skills.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
- Technical university degree.
- DevOps knowledge or technical certifications are a plus.
