Your Responsibilities:

• Sustainability Reporting & Compliance: You drive the development and implementation of quantitative sustainability reporting while actively tracking and applying emerging regulatory standards such as ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, CSDDD, and SFDR.
• ESG & Finance Integration: You serve as the strategic link between the ESG and Finance teams, ensuring ESG metrics and data are seamlessly embedded into financial strategy, disclosures, and broader corporate decision-making.
• ESG Technical & Operations Integration: you bridge the technical teams of various countries together to align on initiatives for the portfolio that will reduce Both CO2 and OPEX/CAPEX.
• Audit Preparedness & Process Control: You design robust internal controls, manage documentation, validate data accuracy, and independently prepare for external assurance and auditor requests.
• Data Collection & Continuous Improvement: You streamline ESG data collection processes, implement BI tools and interactive dashboards, and build action flows to enhance data reliability and operational efficiency.
• Management Reporting & Strategic Projects: You oversee the ESG budget, lead key reporting projects, track disclosure progress, and prepare monthly and quarterly executive management reports while supporting ad hoc initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Sustainability Management, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Management consultancy experience, demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration within multinational organizations, and direct interaction with external auditing entities.
• Technical Skills: Comprehensive expertise in ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, CSDDD, and SFDR frameworks, paired with proven experience implementing BI tools, dashboards, apps, or action flows.
• Soft Skills: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, self-driven, and structured, with strong communication skills, exceptional relationship-building abilities, and a true passion for sustainability.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced written and spoken English skills.

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Budapest, Hungary.
