What would your role be?

• Define and execute Vontobel Asset Management’s global digital marketing and content strategy, aligned with commercial and growth objectives
• Build client-centric digital journeys and content ecosystems that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth
• Strengthen Vontobel’s thought leadership by translating complex investment topics into compelling client experiences and measurable business outcomes
• Leverage data, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance personalization, scalability, client engagement, and marketing effectiveness
• Lead the continued evolution of Vontobel’s digital capabilities and drive transformative change across the organization

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and delivering measurable business impact in a global environment
• A strong data-driven mindset, including experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics
• Passion for AI, automation, and innovation, with a track record of applying technology to improve outcomes
• Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to build high-performing and collaborative teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across investment, product, sales, marketing, technology, and compliance functions
• A change-oriented mindset with experience leading transformation and driving adoption of new ways of working
• The strategic perspective and collaborative approach needed to contribute effectively as a key member of the Client Content Center leadership team and help shape the evolution of Vontobel’s digital capabilities

Candidate Profile:

• Strategic, commercially minded leader with a strong focus on transformation, innovation, and measurable business outcomes
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment topics into compelling client narratives
• Collaborative and adaptable people leader, passionate about leveraging AI and emerging technologies to drive growth and continuous improvement
• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, Digital Media, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, communications, or related fields
• Leadership experience managing teams and complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of asset management, investment products, and financial markets
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital and content strategies in a B2B environment
• Experience leading digital transformation and leveraging technology to improve client engagement and business outcomes
• Experience working effectively within a regulated environment

Location Requirement

This role is based in Zurich but will move to Baar in 2030, ensuring close alignment with key stakeholders in the business.
