Product Operation Specialist (80-100%) (Temporary 11 months)

For our legal entity Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers (Vontobel SFA), a US licensed Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), we are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our team for 11 months.

What would your role be?

• Scanning physical documents into ARTS
• Uploading digital documents into ARTS
• Archiving physical documents
• Support related to the ex-VSWA harmonization, in particular the review of ARTS/BVT forms and documents for legal entities, data enrichment for SWX/BX reporting, and data clean-ups (e-mail waivers, solicitors, etc.).
• Various other Project related tasks / Support to Operation Teams

What are we looking for?

• A quick learner with the willingness to expand expertise / know-how in various business areas
• Ideally previous banking experience, within the Private Banking as a Banking Operations Specialist. Knowledge of securities products would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Client Onboarding/Offboarding, mutation and its formalities
• Knowledge of MS Office and if possible Avaloq
• Good communication skills in English and ideally German, and able to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
• Ability to improve processes, reduce risks or increase customer satisfaction
