Ecommerce Team Lead position
Key requirements:
- Team Leadership:4+ years of experience managing 10-15+ associates in a target-driven operations environment.
- Domain Expertise:Strong hands-on experience with catalog management, product listings, taxonomy, and platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon.
- Data & RCA:Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with direct experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and operational reporting.
- Client Management:Confident verbal and written communication for client calls and escalation handling.
- SEO & Marketplace management:Candidate must know about complete SEO and Marketplace operations to understand the client needs.
- Catalogue and Inventory Management:Important to know about Catalogue and Inventory to support team mates on the required work.
- Business ethics:Candidate must know business ethics as they are handling client directly and understanding the work.
