Who will you be working with?

Our China TSG team offering full customer support throughout Wabtec equipment’s life cycle, is dedicated to providing customers with faster, more convenient, and China-tailored comprehensive after-sales services across four key areas: spare parts supply, off train services, on train services, and upgraded technical support.

We have full organization for all functions including Sales and Project Management. Supply Chain, Engineering and field service.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the China TSG_group/division, you will be responsible for leading the repairing/overhaul works of brake system components; Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solutions; Provides sustain customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle.

What do we want to know about you?

• Generate and modify overhaul projects technical files, like WI/ Maintenance Manual/Technical Specification etc.
• Provide internal and external technical support or training for overhaul projects
• Part time service on field for trouble shooting / failure analysis and generate NCR/Fault report in time
• Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solutions, support quality team to find failure root cause and create corrective action
• Optimize the internal production process and keep continuous improvement
• Device management according to equipment maintenance requirements
• Good at communication and coordinate with project core teams to solve customer complaints timely
• Bachelor diploma or above; Mechanical engineering or Electronic and Mechanical engineering related will be a plus
• 3-5 years’ relevant work experience; Be familiar with pneumatic/ hydraulic components is a must; Work experience in foreign companies is appreciated
• Familiar with all office tools
• Uphold high standards of integrity and self-discipline, strictly comply with company rules and regulations
• Possess strong team spirit, willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective goals

What will your typical day look like?

• Dealing with customer requirements from technical side
• Overhaul project components condition check and maintenance solution feasibility check
• Failure analysis on field or in CSC, generate failure reports
• Device Management
• Process flow improvement

You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
