岗位职责 / Responsibilities

- 项目交付与部署：主导项目私有化环境的部署实施，包括复杂网络环境下的架构搭建、配置调优及联调测试; 能够快速定位并解决部署过程中出现的各类技术问题，确保系统稳定上线。

- 技术支持与验收：为用户提供现场或远程的技术支持，进行系统操作培训、功能演示及技术答疑; 配合项目经理完成项目汇报、阶段性验收及交付文档的归档工作。

- 环境运维与知识沉淀：负责交付环境的日常维护、监控及故障排查，建立完善的维护记录; 整理并输出常见问题解决方案（FAQ）、运维手册及最佳实践，形成标准化的知识库。

任职要求 / Requirements

- 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业; 具备2年以上IT运维、项目交付或实施经验，拥有中大型项目私有化部署成功案例者优先。

- 技术能力：具备扎实的Linux系统基础，熟悉文件系统、Cgroups等底层原理; 熟练掌握Golang或Python至少一门编程语言，具备独立编写自动化运维脚本或工具的能力。

- 容器化技术：精通Docker容器技术，熟悉镜像管理、网络配置及存储卷机制; 深入理解Kubernetes（K8s）等容器编排框架的架构与原理，具备集群的安装、配置、维护及故障排查能力。

- 优先条件：具备Kubernetes二次开发经验，或阅读/修改过Docker源码者优先; 熟悉CI/CD流程，掌握Jenkins、GitLab CI等工具者优先。

- 综合素质：具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能适应短期出差及一定的工作压力，具备较强的学习能力和服务意识。
