Salary: Negotiable based on level of experience between $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Reporting to the VP of Business Applications, you’ll guide day-to-day team activities while helping support, administer, and upgrade key platforms, including our Outlink core environment, third-party applications, ATMs, and digital banking. What You’ll Do
- Supervise, coach, and assign work to Business Applications staff, identifying development opportunities that support continuous improvement
- Deliver high-quality support to internal and external customers, monitoring helpdesk tickets and calls to ensure timely resolution
- Support, administer, and upgrade the Outlink environment and associated products, third-party applications, and other business systems
- Oversee user access profiles for core, third-party, digital/telephone banking, ATM network portal, and other business applications
- Help manage the ATM program by monitoring for outages or service interruptions, driving resolution, and tracking availability
- Serve as the technical liaison between business units and application vendors
- Coordinate application changes, upgrades, and patches, partnering with IT Network support on interfaces and communications
- Facilitate meetings to review vendor enhancements and gather user enhancement requests
- Serve as backup administrator for document imaging, file transfer, and core support systems
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
- Stay current on industry standards and new developments, making recommendations to leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of bank systems and/or application experience
- Strong knowledge of retail and electronic banking operations
- Experience with ATM, internet banking, and debit card operations preferred
- Systems and applications administration experience; billing and performance tracking skills a plus
- Associate’s degree in Business Information Systems, Application Programming, or a related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to build consensus across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
