What You’ll Do
As a critical part of our engineering team, your responsibilities will include:
- Install and Innovate - Visiting customer sites to set up voice and data services, ensuring seamless connectivity.
- Troubleshoot Like a Pro - Resolving issues with hands-on support after initial triage by our Service Operations team.
- Configure and Customise - Bringing hardware to life by configuring it to meet specific customer requirements.
- Be the Link - Acting as the go-to expert in customer comms rooms, offering smart hands support for our wider engineering initiatives.
