Salary Range: $19.25 to $21.25/hour depending on experience + sign on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).
Wayside Youth & Family Support Network’s Framingham site is hiring an executive assistant/front desk full-time.
What you will do:
Be a part of a multidisciplinary team serving youth and families from a strengths perspective and informed by principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Triage calls from families receiving services and connect them to team members who can respond to them.
Provide support to Wayside's Executive Leadership team.
Provide a warm, calm presence for families in crisis as you connect them with staff.
Data collection and reporting.
Provide administrative support, including managing and maintaining files, copying, faxing and routing of information appropriately.
Manage the monthly calendar.

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Preference for:
One year of general office/secretarial experience.
Ability to work with youth with extensive behavioral care needs.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records and data tracking and ability to read data reports.
Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole.
