Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Web Developer to build and enhance intuitive, responsive, and high-performance web applications for our cryptocurrency trading platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to develop seamless trading experiences for our users. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, a good understanding of real-time web applications, and the ability to build scalable, secure, and performance-oriented user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using React.js and JavaScript.
• Build and enhance trading interfaces, including order books, market depth, trading charts, order placement workflows, and portfolio dashboards.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services developed in Golang through REST APIs and WebSockets.
• Implement real-time data streaming and efficient UI updates for live market prices, order status, and trading activities.
• Optimize frontend performance to ensure responsiveness, stability, and a seamless user experience during periods of high market activity.
• Implement efficient state management and data synchronization across complex, data-intensive interfaces.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts, handle errors, and ensure seamless frontend-backend integration.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code in line with engineering best practices.
• Explore and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, testing, and overall development productivity
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, frontend bugs, and production issues.
• Follow frontend security best practices, particularly around authentication, session management, and sensitive user interactions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements to frontend architecture.
• Work closely with product, design, QA, and backend teams to deliver features aligned with business requirements.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of professional experience in frontend web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and frontend-backend integration.
• Experience working with WebSockets or other real-time communication technologies.
• Experience developing responsive, data-intensive, and performance-sensitive web applications.
• Strong understanding of browser rendering, frontend performance optimization, and efficient data handling.
• Familiarity with frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and modern frontend development workflows.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech products, stock trading platforms, or other financial technology applications.
• Understanding of trading concepts, including order books, market depth, limit orders, and market orders.
• Experience building real-time dashboards or applications that handle frequent data updates.
• Familiarity with TradingView Charting Library, Lightweight Charts, or similar charting solutions.
• Experience implementing WebSocket reconnection strategies and real-time data synchronization.
• Familiarity with Next.js and modern frontend application architecture.
• Experience collaborating with backend teams working with Golang or microservices-based architectures.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
• Basic understanding of AI-powered applications and their integration into web platforms
