Product Manager

Weave is looking for a Product Manager to lead Call Intelligence within the Analytics domain. You will turn call data, transcripts, and AI-generated insights into products that help healthcare practices convert more calls into appointments, improve staff performance, and capture more revenue. You will own strategy, discovery, prioritization, and execution while partnering closely with engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams across India and the United States. This is a high-visibility role for a product leader who can combine customer empathy, analytical rigor, technical fluency, and strong execution.

• This position will be based in India and operate in a remote, distributed team across India and the United States.

What You Will Own

• Define the product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Call Intelligence.

• Understand how healthcare practices handle inbound calls, appointment conversion, staff coaching, and revenue follow-up.

• Lead discovery with customers, onboarders, sales, support, and internal teams; convert evidence into clear product decisions.

• Partner with engineering, data, ML, and design to ship reliable analytics and AI-assisted workflows.

• Improve activation, adoption, retention, and customer-perceived value through instrumentation, experiments, and workflow improvements.

• Make technical and product trade-offs across data quality, model quality, integrations, usability, and speed.

• Create alignment across distributed teams through clear written communication, decision records, and outcome-driven planning.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

• 3-5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, analytics, AI/ML, workflow automation, or communications software.

• Demonstrated ownership of customer-facing products from discovery through launch and iteration.

• Strong data fluency, including the ability to use SQL, product analytics, dashboards, and quantitative analysis to make decisions.

• Experience defining product metrics, evaluating experiments, and connecting product behavior to business outcomes.

• Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data flows, event instrumentation, and the practical limits of AI/ML systems.

• Proven ability to work closely with engineering and data teams in distributed or cross-time-zone environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to create structure from ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive execution without relying on formal authority.

What Will Make Us Love You

• Experience building healthcare, healthtech, dental, practice-management, contact-centrecontact-center, voice, or communications products.

• Experience with AI/ML, speech analytics, LLMs, conversational systems, or model-quality evaluation.

• Understanding of frontline workflows where trust, accuracy, speed, and reliability directly affect revenue or customer experience.

• Experience with SMB SaaS go-to-market, pricing, packaging, adoption, or retention.

• Experience working with teams split between India and the United States.

• A customer-obsessed, low-ego approach; you listen carefully, go deep into details, and stay focused on outcomes.

• A strong product sense and the judgment to make simple decisions in complex systems.
