Sie halten unsere IT-Infrastruktur am Laufen - und damit die digitalen Projekte unserer internationalen Kunden.

Von Frankfurt bis Dubai betreuen Sie Windows- und Virtualisierungs-Serverlandschaften, sorgen für Stabilität, Sicherheit und Performance - und bringen Ihre Ideen in ein innovationsfreudiges Team ein.

Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Windows Server 2022 / 2025 (physisch & virtuell)
  • Betreuung unserer VMware vSphere-Umgebung inkl. Storage und Netzwerkanbindung
  • Verwaltung von Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDP Services, File & Print Management
  • Systemhärtung (OS Hardening) nach BSI / ISO 27001, Patch- & Lifecycle-Management
  • Backup & Recovery mit Veeam, inkl. Immutable-Storage- und Cloud-Tier-Konzepte
  • Monitoring & Performance-Analysen, Einrichtung von Alerts
  • VPN-, Firewall- und Netzwerkkonfiguration (z. B. OpenVPN, LANCOM)
  • Fehleranalyse, Dokumentation und 2nd-Level-Support

Qualifikation

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Studium mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Praxis in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware vSphere
  • Kenntnisse in Veeam, PowerShell oder Ansible
  • Verständnis für IT-Security, Datenschutz und Systemverfügbarkeit
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und Freude an Dokumentation
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch sowie gutes technisches Englisch (beides in Wort und Schrift)
