Business Development Executive

Job Description

• Assist the Business Development team in identifying and developing new business opportunities. 
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, target industries, and competitors. 
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up communications with prospective clients to understand their requirement.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documentation. 
• Maintain and update customer information, sales pipelines, and activities in the system. 
• Support client onboarding and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal technical teams. 
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to support customer retention. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional activities. 
• Assist in preparing sales reports, market analysis, and business performance updates. 
• Monitor industry trends, AI technologies, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. 
• Perform administrative tasks related to business development and sales operations such as assists in account registration,etc.. 
• Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales support, or a related role.
• Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of AI, SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software solutions. 
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Willingness to learn AI software products and emerging technologies.
• Good in taking meeting minutes.
•  Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, as the role requires frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, including conducting meetings, preparing documentation, and providing customer support.
