Job Overview

The Associate Product Operations Manager will support the Global Medscape business in the delivery and operationalization of new and existing products. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure products are effectively implemented, operationalized, and delivered across the organization. They will also be responsible for supporting custom and affiliate executions, and facilitating cross-functional alignment across Product, Operations, Client Service, and Delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams to translate product strategy into effective operational execution.

You will be:

• Supporting Senior Product Operations Managers with assigned product operations projects with a strong focus on execution efficiency, quality, and strict adherence to timelines and risk management.
• Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, relentless follow-through, and proactive stakeholder engagement to resolve bottlenecks and ensure projects do not stall.
• Ensuring seamless alignment, operational consistency, and high quality across internal delivery teams, regional stakeholders, and affiliate workflows.

Responsibilities

• New Products: Support with the operationalization and rollout of new products for Internal teams, translating business requirements into clear structured, actionable items. Support with the coordination of the expected deliverables, facilitation of
• stakeholder communications and track project status including managing risks and issues to ensure successful execution.
• Custom Executions: Partner with key stakeholders to assess feasibility, align on requirements and support with the coordination and execution of custom product solutions.
• Team Liaison: Serve as a vital operational liaison connecting Product, Client Services, and Internal Delivery teams, facilitating communication, alignment and effective execution.
• Affiliate Integration: Support operational elements of affiliate integration and workflows, including the implementation of any new products or process frameworks.
• Efficiency Initiatives: Support various efficiency initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline project delivery, specifically leveraging AI and all other emerging technologies
• Work independently to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities and workload efficiently to meet tight deadlines under fast-paced conditions.
• Proactively follow up on deliverables, engage cross-functional stakeholders, and overcome responsiveness bottlenecks to ensure active project momentum and prevent initiatives from floating.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product operations, project management, or operational execution within a digital media, medical communications, or technology organization.
• Proven track record of operationalizing products, defining workflows, and supporting custom executions across cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI tools, electronic workflow and productivity tools, including Google Workspace,and project/workflow management platforms such as Workfront
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Health/Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
