We are looking for a high-ownership and commercially minded Growth Lead / Growth Partner to drive growth for a portfolio of local businesses using AI-powered sales, marketing, automation, and agentic technology.

This role combines growth strategy, business consulting, customer success, AI operations, and product development. You will act as a strategic advisor to business owners, helping them improve customer acquisition, lead conversion, bookings, revenue, and overall business performance while using technology to automate as much of the growth engine as possible.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working with data and technology while communicating confidently with business owners and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and performance for a portfolio of local business customers.
• Act as a strategic advisor and trusted point of contact for business owners.
• Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand business models, pricing, services, positioning, customers, and competitive advantages.
• Translate customer and business context into actionable growth strategies and AI-powered workflows.
• Configure, monitor, and optimise AI-driven sales and marketing systems.
• Review AI-generated websites, campaigns, messaging, sales workflows, and customer experiences for accuracy, quality, and effectiveness.
• Monitor dashboards and key growth metrics including leads, conversion rates, bookings, customer acquisition, and revenue performance.
• Identify performance gaps and proactively adjust strategies, campaigns, workflows, or system configurations.
• Translate complex data and performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business owners.
• Maintain accountability for customer outcomes and ensure growth initiatives are executed effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve customer results.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and work with engineering teams to automate them through AI agents and intelligent workflows.
• Provide structured product feedback based on real customer use cases and operational challenges.
• Help test, refine, and improve AI-powered growth tools, workflows, and agentic systems.
• Manage multiple customers and competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution.
• Continuously experiment with new approaches to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and business growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of experience in growth, consulting, business operations, strategy, product, customer success, entrepreneurship, or a similar high-ownership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into actionable solutions.
• Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of growth, sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business performance.
• Comfortable working with technology, dashboards, AI tools, automation platforms, and data-driven workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex strategies and analytical insights clearly to business owners and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently, move quickly, and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Highly empathetic and customer-focused while maintaining the confidence to challenge assumptions and recommend better approaches.
• Ability to manage multiple businesses, priorities, and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality when reviewing AI-generated outputs and customer-facing experiences.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Strong interest in Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, AI-powered CRM, and technology-enabled business growth.
• A degree from a strong technical, business, or analytical institution is advantageous.
• Experience in consulting, startups, SaaS, technology, entrepreneurship, or high-growth environments is a plus.
