We are looking for an experienced IAM Developer with strong expertise in Entra ID, Okta, Auth0, and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) to design, develop, integrate, and maintain secure identity solutions for modern digital applications.

The role requires strong hands-on experience across identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, federation, single sign-on, API security, and customer identity platforms. You will work closely with application, security, cloud, infrastructure, and product teams to build scalable and secure identity experiences for customers and users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain IAM and CIAM solutions using Entra ID, Okta, and Auth0.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for web, mobile, API, and cloud applications.
• Develop and maintain Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities across customer-facing platforms.
• Configure and integrate SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML authentication flows.
• Develop identity integrations between IAM platforms, applications, APIs, directories, and enterprise systems.
• Implement customer registration, login, account recovery, profile management, consent, and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Configure identity federation and integrations with external identity providers.
• Develop secure API authentication and authorization solutions using modern identity standards.
• Automate IAM provisioning, deprovisioning, configuration, and operational workflows where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, federation, token, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, security, DevOps, and product teams to integrate IAM capabilities into digital products.
• Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Implement security best practices for identity platforms, applications, APIs, and customer data.
• Monitor IAM environments and support production incidents, root-cause analysis, and remediation.
• Maintain technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve identity security, automation, scalability, reliability, and customer experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7+ years of professional experience in IAM, identity engineering, security engineering, or a related technology role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (EntraID).
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta for enterprise and/or customer identity use cases.
• Strong experience with Auth0 and modern customer identity platforms.
• Proven expertise in CIAM / Customer Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SSO, MFA, federation, tokens, claims, and identity protocols.
• Experience designing and implementing authentication and authorization for applications and APIs.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, customer onboarding, access management, and account recovery.
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with cloud applications, APIs, directories, and enterprise systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across identity and authentication environments.
• Experience with IAM automation, scripting, APIs, and modern DevOps practices.
• Good understanding of cloud security and application security principles.
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating identity services into modern applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work across security, engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.
• Ability to independently own IAM initiatives from requirements and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong focus on security, scalability, reliability, compliance, and customer experience.
