We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience in product management to own and drive the product lifecycle from ideation through execution and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in product roadmap planning, product strategy, stakeholder management, user-centric product development, and cross-functional execution.

You will work closely with engineering, design, business, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to define product priorities, translate business and customer needs into actionable requirements, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact product initiatives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap, aligning priorities with business objectives, customer needs, market opportunities, and company strategy.
• Define product vision, strategy, goals, milestones, and measurable outcomes for assigned products or product areas.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market insights, business requirements, and product data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Convert customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, dependencies, and strategic importance.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development and delivery.
• Lead product planning, sprint prioritization, backlog management, release planning, and roadmap reviews.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to establish timelines, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define and monitor key product metrics and use data-driven insights to evaluate product performance and inform future roadmap decisions.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends, gaps, and opportunities that can strengthen the product offering.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure effective communication of new features, enhancements, and changes across relevant teams.
• Continuously evaluate existing product features and processes to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and improved user experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology, SaaS, consumer internet, fintech, e-commerce, or product-led organization.
• Proven experience owning and managing product roadmaps from strategy through execution.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance customer requirements, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive products and initiatives from concept to launch.
